Take Your Best Friend For A Walk Are you ready for the upcoming 23rd Annual Walkathon on February 28? We can go "Forward Together" with your participation in our biggest fundraiser of the year. Community support has been incredible and we hope to surpass last year's goal. Where: MOSAIC Arena at the Manatee County Fairgrounds 1402 14th Avenue West, Palmetto, FL When: Registration 7:30 a.m. (or register in advance) Walk Kick Off - 8:30 a.m. Route Closes 10:30 a.m. Event Wrap Up 12:00 p.m. Something new has been added this year. A local photographer will have a photo booth set up to take and print photos on site. A 5 x 7 picture with the walkathon logo will be only $7.50. This makes a good gift to give to your family and friends. If you are planning to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 941-729-5665 or sending an e-mail to Graduate Services at vickie.foster@guidedogs.org. We can then arrange for airport pick-ups and drop-offs for you. When making your flight arrangements, please try to make your airport arrivals and departures at times convenient for staff.
