Living the Long Life: A Dachshund's StoryChanel, a dachshund mix owned by Denice Shaughnessey is long-living, 21 years worth of it to be exact. The diminutive pooch was honored by the Guinness Book of World Records recently as the "World's Oldest Living dog". Although Chanel wears goggles or in her case doggles for her cataracts she is in remarkable shape for her age. Too bad dachshunds don't make good guide dogs.
